Products: 

• As the product is alive, size varies depending on the season of the year and availability. If the only availability is small, more articles will be sent. Some of the products have a dormancy period where their size is reduced, they will be shipped in their winter rosette for them to wake up when the conditions are favorable.

• Photos are just demonstrative photos showing the mother plant from the personal collection, in the case of needing a photo of the exact sample that will be shipped please ask for it via WhatsApp or Email. This can slow down the shipping process. Each product can have small variations in colors but with proper conditions, they will reach the size and color of the photos.

Packing: 

• For national shipping size of the parcel will depend on the amount of articles bought, this will be shipped bare-rooted with protective paper. In case you need extra soil or pots make sure you add them to the cart before checking out. Shipping costs can be incremented due to size and weight.

• For international shipping articles will be packed in small boxes, and will be shipped bare-rooted with protective paper. In case you have a preferred method of packing you can contact us to have the best packing according to the restrictions of your country.

Shipping: 

• National shipping is processed between Monday and Wednesday. Shipping carriers can be selected only if they have express shipping.

• International shipping is processed between Monday and Wednesday, everything is sent via EMS or registered mail. Shipping live samples have restrictions that can complicate shipping. All of the parcels have a risk of being confiscated by customs. In the case, your parcel is confiscated or delayed we can not give any guarantee nor refund.

Guarantee: 

• All articles are packed with care and in the best way possible so they can arrive safely to their destination. In the case, there's any mistake and an article arrives dead it is necessary to contact us within 24 hours of the parcel's arrival in order to give the best solution. 

• We can offer two solutions, first is the refund of the species that arrived dead, for this, we need to receive a photo within 24 hours after the parcel was received of all the articles that arrived dead. The second option is sending again all the articles that arrived dead, time of shipping can go from 1 day to 3 weeks depending on availability and weather conditions. Shipping should be paid again.

Privacy: 

• All the data is used only for making the tracking labels and communicating in case there's something wrong. No data is shared with third parties.
